Spiritually speaking, how would you prove yourself innocent in a court of law?

Okay, picture this. You have been accused of killing ten people and the accuser ask you "So.................if you didn't kill these ten people, would do you explain the dead people?" you replied "prove it." the accuser presents evidence but, the evidence isn't credible. The accuser replies "Okay, the evidence isn't sufficient.PROVE YOU DIDN'T!" Wouldn't it be reasonable for the jury to assume that you're not guilty of what your accuser have accused you of considering that there's no credible evidence for his accusations or would you be expected to find credible evidence for your innocents because no credible evidence for your these accusations isn't credible evidence against these accusations. Why or why not?
