over the past six months, i have lost a considerable amount of weight.i weigh 94 lbs and i am 5 foot 4, my mum wants me to put on half a stone to a stone. My daughter isn't there yet, but my best friend's son wouldn't use the potty when he first started at 2 1/2. You could ask him, do you know what the potty is for? "yep" do you know when you need to use the potty? "yep" do you want to use the potty and not diapers? "nope". He knew what to do, he just didn't want to. She tried potty books with elmo (his favorite), rewards, and underwear and nothing worked. So she decided to just wait a while. Your making too much out of all of it! I've had back problems my whole life, car accident, and 2 falls! I can tell you only from leaning the wrong way, you didnt hurt your back seriously. You may have a strain, pulled some muscles, etc but nothing that some rest and taking it easy wont heal. Time heals all! Doctors are so anxious to test and Xray, or do unnecessary surgery. often times one specalist will look at an MRI and be ready to perform surgery, another will say it's perfectly within the realm of normal. Just like the neck, your back can get out of alignment, or have sore spots from stress and tightening of muscles. That can cause a lot of pain, as can pinched nerves from compression. Some treatments, stretching exercises, and massage can do wonders (if you suffer from that). But you have to give it TIME! Take it easy on yourself and let your body heal and recover.

I was talking to my friend the other day and we got an idea for a story. Essentially, it's about this fictional land where no animals can survive if they live in valleys or at sea level and none of them can live in water (it's a long story). So, there's this Society of humans that live on this huge mountain way above sea level in this mountain utopia. In this civilization are their peacekeepers/soldiers that just so happen to ride dragons or griffins or pegasus depending on their rank and skill. The story follows three members of the guard and this job they get assigned to which ends up sending them as liaison officers to the main land and to establish a treaty. But, they aren't used to the main land culture and other basic crap and have to deal with a ton of racism and adversity. Then, they discover that the liaison officer that was sent to their people tried to murder their king and they try to think of ways to struggle through the accusations and get a treaty signed and passed before their king gets attacked again.

I pawned some of my tools recently. Shortly after, my stepfather and I had a physical fight and he kicked me out (living at home while in college). I just found out today that he is reporting the items I pawned as having been stolen from HIM. Why is my car smoking?

I have a 2003 Mazda 6 V6. Yesterday I started it up and it started pouring thick white smoke out of the exhaust. Coolant level was fine and oil was a little low. I added fresh oil and it stopped smoking. When I drove it to work today it started smoking badly again. I checked the oil and coolant when I got to work and both were at the correct levels. So I put in my two weeks at my job a few days ago and I knew that they wouldn't be happy because I am a top seller, but the company is so horrible that I have to leave. Anyways today I come to work and am asked to go to the back with the LP (Loss Prevention) manager and my district manager and the LP has a "file" and he starts telling me about employee theft, I am completely confused during this whole process (I have NEVER stolen anything, worked there a year...I haven't even committed time fraud). So then he goes and says "with all that being said....why are we hear today then?" and I told him I had NO idea and then he begins to question me about how many watches I own (we sell them in my store and I have bought them all). I tell him that I myself have purchased 3. He then basically accuses me of stealing a watch that I have from our store, ALTHOUGH I had another associate buy it for me because I wasn't there on the day we are allowed to purchase. He then tells me how "good people do bad things" and basically just accusing me of stealing this watch from the company because there was "no proof" of me ever buying it there. First off I don't think that anyone should have the right to ask me where I buy my stuff from, and secondly I'd be stupid to wear stolen merchandise on the salesfloor. I told him that I could provide him with a receipt for the watch, and then he got really quiet (I don't think he was expecting that) and then left and said he'd be right back, and when he came back he COMPLETELY changed the subject of the watch, and then kept asking me to rat out associates that I know have been stealing, then when I told him I didn't know of anything, he spins it on me AGAIN and starts asking stupid questions like "have you ever tried on articles of clothing from the store?" (which all associates do). He kept me back there for 90mins just interrogating me and telling me to 'TELL THE TRUTH" and I was completely freaked out (especially me being a girl and having this man be so condescending to me). I told him I wanted a lawyer if he was going to keep interrogating me and he said "WHY, this is not an interrogation, it's a friendly conversation" (there is nothing friendly about accusing a hardworker of stealing). SO my question is, can I sue him/the company for false accusations??? If not false accusation, I am sure there is something that I can sue for!!! SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!!! THANKS

I am asking this question based on an ethical perspective. Not a legal one. This is long I'm sorry for that, but please someone respond. I started a job as a housekeeper in a hotel. I have been working for them for 2 1/2 months almost completed my 90 days probation period as a new hire successfully. My benefits and pay raise was to take place after the next 3 weeks passed. I have been on time every day and never called off. Always helping out others when I was done with my work and picked up hours when needed. Anywho, about 2 weeks ago a girl decided to start trouble with us co-workers and tell my manager I was making beds with dirty sheets and not stripped the beds to one room. It was not true. I just had not started cleaning that room yet because the hotel guest just left. When you're done cleaning a room you check it in ready at the front desk and then managers come inspect the room afterwords. The managers came up to me to yell at me about the false accusation when I have not even started cleaning the room and change linens. I explained this to the managers and that it was not ready. All was fine after I explained myself. It was dismissed I thought. Later that day they proceeded to write me up for it and writing me up for other things I have not done. Then they told me I could not work for 7 days because of that. After 7 days I could come back to work calling them that following Sunday to get my schedule. The week passed I called them to get my schedule. They told me I cannot work until that following Friday and Saturday only. I said why that's only giving me 2 days and another week out of work? They said because we want to make sure you're not making beds with dirty sheets. I said, but you guys said you know it was a false accusation despite I was written up for it and told me I can start working again that Sunday. They said oh well it's what we're doing. I had called them again this week to confirm my schedule is Friday to be back at work for sure. They said yes, but you come in at 10am instead of 8am. I asked why 10:30 am? Our shift starts at 8am? My managers said because we are not putting you in rooms anymore we are placing you in laundry to help out there and do side work. I brought up side-work is done by 10am everyday so that's off my list of what you say I'll be doing. I'll be coming in when everyone is on break at 10:30am plus laundry will be almost done. You'll only be giving me a few hours of work a day by this arrival time. I asked will I get my full time hours back? They said: "Um we're not sure at this point and you won't be working Saturday." I said you said you admitted to this being a false accusation by that girl why are you punishing me this way? I've never heard of this way of handling. It's not fair and you leave me out of work for 2 weeks without pay. You schedule me after the pay period therefore not allowing to get a pay check this pay period. This is not right. The managers have lied about my write up and my work schedule then demote me. I have witnesses that have proven to them that girl did this to only hurt me. I still don't understand why she did this and why managers are siding with her. I am being refused to speak to the general managers above them about this. I feel like I'm s.o.l. no matter what. i had a urgent car walk in doctors exam but she wasnt an ob/gyn and i think she was just a nurse practitioner but anyways i went in cause the last few days i have felt early fetal movements like i did with my other babies when i was pregnant early on the last pregnancy i had was our twins and i felt them just like my other 2 pregnancies at around 12 weeks but i am wondering if because i carried twins 40 weeks and they both weighed 7 pounds each and had more placental water in each of their bags that my uterus is really stretched out and thats why it wasnt obvious to the NP that examed me, even after she did the exam i told her i had a rear tilted uterus and babies have been known to grow into the back more and i also lost my bottom spinal disk last october so i wonder if thats also keeping uterus from being felt by her, altho i am showing when i stand up now and i can feel a tight uterus often and baby is very active and i also have some gas here and there but its very different and the difference between the gas and fetal moving is night and day! has anyone reading this had similar pregnancy or know anyone that has or any ideas please thx..btw i didnt want another child our youngest are already in middle school and we ride motorcycles alot and a baby now isnt what we wanted and so my point is i know some women get phantom pregnancies but that doesnt apply to me cause i had light bleeding last month and i thought it was my period and i was so relieved and happy i thought i wasnt pregnant but then few days ago i started feeling that undeniable thumping in my uterus, i gasped and my heart sunk with fear of being prego again, but i told my hubby whats goin on and he said if we r prego then we will make it work but this is a really bad time with all the crap going on in our life and our plate is overflowing! plz comment but be kind thx ya'll!1 chassi k

What do you think of my plot?

I was talking to my friend the other day and we got an idea for a story. Essentially, it's about this fictional land where no animals can survive if they live in valleys or at sea level and none of them can live in water (it's a long story). So, there's this Society of humans that live on this huge mountain way above sea level in this mountain utopia. In this civilization are their peacekeepers/soldiers that just so happen to ride dragons or griffins or pegasus depending on their rank and skill. The story follows three members of the guard and this job they get assigned to which ends up sending them as liaison officers to the main land and to establish a treaty. But, they aren't used to the main land culture and other basic crap and have to deal with a ton of racism and adversity. Then, they discover that the liaison officer that was sent to their people tried to murder their king and they try to think of ways to struggle through the accusations and get a treaty signed and passed before their king gets attacked again.

I have a girl thats 2 1/2 that was just like your boy is. I know boys and girls are different but i read an article online that i tried and it worked amazing. Its kind of crazy but it worked for us. I took off her diaper and just let her run around naked she went on the floor twice and then after she noticed what she did she started sitting on the potty all by herself. Will surgery be needed for cysts on my ovaries?

I have been having back pain for about a month so I went to the doctor and she wrote it off as muscular skeletal, but decided to do a urine culture and a blood test. My urine test came back negative, but my white blood cell count was 19 which it is supposed to be about 10. She said to come back in a week after being on antibiotics and so I go back to the doctor and she still thinks that its just a pulled muscle, but to be on the safe side she decides to do a pap smear since I was due for one anyways and my cervix came back negative for cancer, but she said that she could tell that my right ovary felt a little enlarged. She had my white blood cell count tested again and scheduled me for a trans vaginal ultrasound which I had on Thursday and when I had the ultrasound, both ovaries had about 10 cysts on each. My doctor had been trying to contact me all day today about my ultrasound, but I was in meetings all day for work and didn't even realize she had called me 10 times. I am just curious about why she would be calling 10 times in one day for my ultrasound unless something was wrong. I still have no information about my blood work so I have no clue what is going on. Sorry for all of that, but I was wanting to know if surgery is possible or if anybody else has been in this situation. Hello, I've been kicked off of my schools computers for attempted hacking, etc. They say I violated several rules, but reading over their rules, terms and agreements, etc, there is nothing in there stating I did anything wrong. They stated that I was caught hacking their school board when I didn't, believe me I would but I'd rather not because I need the school computers to write notes etc. But on to topic, would I be able to go after them for False Accusation? Kanye- disprove his genius?

I had a dream last night that I was producing a beat along side kanye west, (i am a big time kanye follower) and even in my dreams he seemed so knowledgable about music it was ridiculous! He was saying things to me that I would never even dream of! The things he said to me in my dream have inspired some lyrics in my music but damn, I feel like these things really came from his like soul or mind or something. The reason I chose that title is because, I am tired... I am tired of reading "he is a burden on society" "he's nothing but a jerk" "he's a sell out" and one of the most outrageous claims I came across was that he sucked at making music. Does anyone actually believe in the starvation mode theory?

I've been battling with this idea for months now. It all started when I tried to change my eating habits, which have always been pretty much low calorie with binges here and there. I want to be healthier and stop the binging, so I decided to check out Atkins. I was very unsuccessful on Atkins and actually gained weight following the induction phase of the plan as others said I should (high fat, moderate protein, low carb). I plugged my daily intake into a site that tracks calories/carbs/protein/fat, etc., and was told in the beginning that I wasn't eating enough calories or fat! I was eating at least 1100-1300 calories and I felt that my fat intake was a little high. My carbohydrate intake was 20 net carbs each day. So, I was told to increase my caloric intake to 1500-1800 and my fat intake to about 60% of total percentage of calories. I followed others menus and felt extremely full and ended up gaining 6 pounds after following this. I stopped Atkins! Here's my problem. I was told to increase my calories because my body was in "starvation mode". I think that is such an overused and misunderstood concept! If that were the cause then how does an anorexic end up being so extremely underweight? How does a person who had weight loss surgery like gastric bypass surgery lose weight? I'm not saying anorexia is healthy by any means and I know that a famished person has lost most muscle tissue and the metabolic rate has decreased, but they are STILL skinny by appearances!! They do not gain weight by decreasing caloric intake and yet I'm told that if I go below 1200 calories I will either gain weight or not lose any weight because my body is "holding on" to my weight because it thinks it's in "starvation mode". Is my body that efficient that in times of starvation, I will be overweight and never go below my ideal weight where an anorexic person has an inefficient body and can starve and turn skeletal?

I have been with my husband for 6.5 years and we have been married for almost 2. I met him when I was 16 and he was 21. He was recently separated from his ex wife who he had been with for 6 years and There relationship ended because she cheated. our relationship started out as a sexual one. At the time he lived 200 miles away and we only saw each other on weekends. when I turned 18 I moved in with him. We lived together for a little over a year and had a few problems that stemmed from his lying to me about silly things that wouldn't have mattered if he had just been honest with me about them in the beginning. He ended up cheating on me twice within a matter of a few months and I was devastated. at the time I couldn't imagine my life without him and I agreed to try and work things out. He had always had a drinking problem and agreed to quit. He did okay for about a month and started drinking on occasion and it progressively got worse over time. This whole cycle has gone on since then. on top of that, he has never trusted me, even though I have never done anything to deservethe distrust. I was very understanding about it for the first few years given what had happened with his ex wife but I lost that understanding when he cheated on me and the fact that he asks me every single day if i'm cheating is completely wearing on me. I have always been 100% honest with him. for the last year or so, I've been finding myself questioning whether or not I did the right thing trying to work on things with him. He still drinks on a daily basis and I no longer enjoy sex with him the way I used to. Most of the time he's drunk and I don't feel that emotional connection with him in that state. I don't know what to do, I still love him but I don't know if I love him enough. I get really frustrated and irritated with him on a daily basis because of the drinking and accusations.
