My gsd pup at 3 months and 1 week has huge droopy ears . Will they stand up or should I do somthing now?

He is a male and is nearly twice the size of all his siblings if not more.His paws are HUGE and his front legs at the wrists are massive. Maybe his growth has all gone into skeletal development and his ears will kick in later but they seem huge and very very floppy. I am a bit worried about them .Should I do something now or should I wait?
