How do i sprain or brake my ankle?

if u r goin to tell me that im being dumb then stop reading and dont comment please. i dont wanna go to my aunts beachhouse becuz its so boring and my cuzin is the most annoyingest person in the world. Please tell me how i could brake/sprain my ankle? if possible without pain PLEASE thanks soo much
