How do you get a relationship if your not that outgoing?

ima theater major and a virgo and i absolutely love science but im a bit of an outsider when it comes to socializing usually i get really quiet and nervous when im in a new setting i have many friends but im not all that outgoing like they are so can someone plz help!! i am 15 goin on 16 in highschool :3
