Is my fish ok?????????????????

Ok, i have about a 500 gal pond with10 fish, 6 goldfish and 4 koi. They are all about 2-4 in. We are soon goin to expand the pond a LOT. One of the goldfish has been acting weird, when I feed the fish they usually all come out to feed but she stays behind the Lilly pot all day! She comes out only if I leave the water fall off for an hour or more. 2 of the males chases 2 of the females, including the one fish. I don't think she has ich, but I don't no what's wrong! Please help, thnx
