If we started prosecuting false rape accusers, would fewer rapes be reported?

If a high standard of proof was required for these prosecutions, I don't think it would have a cooling effect on truthful accusations. I hate it when feminists act as though truthful accusers have an interest in seeing liars get off the hook.
