Can I sue for filing a false police report?

My ex wife had me arrested for a false accusation of domestic abuse. The Emergency Order of Protection trial showed she changed her story several times and it was not extended. She did this in an attempt to prolong our divorce (and get money) as well as she keeps trying this route to regain custody of our six year old son. Can I sue her for monetary damages (having to pay attorney) as well as emotional damages (constantly having to watch over my shoulder for her next attempt to have me arrested)?
