Is it possible that if you buy Ortiz vs Mayweather PPV & sells 1 million PPV Floyd will fight 3 more tune-ups?

Floyd Mayweather Jr. fighting anybody other than Manny Pacquiao is irrelevant to me. He can have all those what is called "tune ups" but the truth shows he was ducking Manny. What makes it so sure that he will fight Pacquiao after what is called tune ups. I won't spend a penny nor waste my time when I can use it in some more important and constructive ways.
