Despite what some of the other's have said, if what you're saying is true, then this is wrongful firing. There is something called a Whistleblower Act. It protects those that point out the wrongdoings of others from getting punished or fired. This supervisor is a hazard to her subordinates (you), guests, company, and herself. I would go up the chain and talk to her boss ( it may be the owner of the hotel). If you don't get anywhere, I would consult an attorney.
