How long does it take to get your minnesota id?

i lost my id a a few months ago and i turned 21 not too long ago (in january) so im getting a new one and was wondering how long it takes im moving on the first of august and im goin to take my id picture on friday the first of july. will i get it b4 the first of august or after? and i knw my id expired due to the fact i didnt renew it. so anyone live in minnesota knw how long? thanks
