What does it mean when a guy says.....?

Ok so I'm transferring schools...and the guy I like goes to the school I'm transferring too but I'm not moving cuz of him its just a plus lol....ok anyways yesterday we were playing soccer and we were goin 1 on 1 with each other and he stops and says...." ur transferring to freedom right?" (Freedom is the schools name) so I said yeah and then he says "yeah! Now I can mess around with u more" and his face was all lit up and happy....is he interested or was he just being flirty??? PLEASE HELP I'm clueless
