Wetseal IPS help. :(?

So i was in the middle of shopping on wetseal and the website sent me a message saying "blocked because of IPS attack" then it says "an attack was detected originating from your system. Please contact the system administrator" and all i wanna know is how to fix this so i can continue shopping !! Please help and try goin to the site and tell me if this happens to you
