Isn't the Qu'ran complete unchangeable and very clear to everyone who reads it? They why Shia Sunni and Sufis?

Why all those huge differences on how to follow this wonderful book correctly? If it's so clear and obvious? Why the accusations of following it incorrectly, if it's a book which is supposed to be clear and obvious to everyone?
