Is 79 mcg B12 too much?

Only people who really know about supplements answer this please. Cuz I had bad period cramps so I took Skeletal Strength cuz it's sposed to ease the pain. It also has b12 in it. I'm also taking 2 other supplements that both contain some b12. All together I've taken 79 mcg. That's not too much is it? There's no advverse effects of taking too much?
