False accusation charge?

Hello, I've been kicked off of my schools computers for attempted hacking, etc. They say I violated several rules, but reading over their rules, terms and agreements, etc, there is nothing in there stating I did anything wrong. They stated that I was caught hacking their school board when I didn't, believe me I would but I'd rather not because I need the school computers to write notes etc. But on to topic, would I be able to go after them for False Accusation? Thanks.
