Does the Neanderthal prove the theory of evolution?

it's not a direct proof for evolution since all we have are fossil evidence that we then use our subjective reasoning to make sense out of it (i.e. any conclusion we draw from studying fossils are biased to what we currently know and what our technology limitations are). But nevertheless, it does still provide a SUGGESTIVE evidence that evolution is correct, unlike creationism, which in the end, all it has is drawing evidence the Bible and nothing more.
