Please help - very very sharp pains..?

Please don't be afraid to awaken your parents so they can take you to the ER. This pain you are experiencing can be due to many different things (possibly gallstones or even kidney stones) so you need to have it checked immediately. Believe me, from personal experience if you have a blockage of some sort, this pain is a warning sign that requires a doctors evaluation and treatment. When this happened to me it turned out to be gallstones, so really you shouldn't just sit with the pain especially if you are vomiting too. You will be given immediate attention at the hospital (along with painkillers to alieviate the pain)...just get it sorted now. Good luck.
